How TO Activate UAN: New Process 2023

 Introduction:

UAN is stands for universal account number. This is 12-digit Unique account number, provided by EPFO (Employees Provident Fund Organization). If you want to use EPFO services online. You must have to activate your UAN number first. So here i share how to activate your UAN online through EPFO Member Portal.

Steps To Activate UAN:

Step 1: Open EPFO website on your phone or pc. EPFO LINK

Step 2: Then go to Services - For Employees Click on it. Then click on Member UAN/Online Service (OCS/OTCP) Member Portal Link

Step 3: Then scroll down and find in important links Activate UAN. Click on it.

Step 4: New tab will open. Here you activate your UAN.

NOTE: The field that contains red star are mandatory to filled otherwise if you don't have that details you will not be able to activate you UAN.

Step 5: Fill details like your PF/UAN number, Aadhar number, your name as per Aadhar, date of birth and your registered mobile number that linked with your Aadhar.

Step 6: Fill the captcha details and then check the box. After click on Get Authorization Pin.

Step 7: New tab will open. Here you have to validate your information using an OTP that send on your Aadhar linked mobile number. Then enter OTP, click on Validate OTP and Activate UAN.

After OTP validation You will receive a SMS on your mobile number with activation of your UAN and Password message. Please do not share your password with anyone.
